Do I need to log in before upgrading?
Yes. Log in or create your free account before upgrading. Your Teacher Plus payment must link to your account email for automatic activation.

Where do I redeem a voucher?
Log in, open your dashboard, paste the code into the voucher box, then click Apply.
How does the launch gift work?
Eligible paid annual Teacher Plus members can claim one gift code for another teacher. The dashboard shows if you qualify.
How do I manage billing?
Log in and open your dashboard. Paid Teacher Plus users will see a manage subscription button.
Can I reuse my class roster?
Yes. Add names in Manage Classes, then use the same list in pickers, groups, roles and supported tools.
How many students can I add?
Up to 30 students per class. Free accounts save one class. Teacher Plus saves up to 10 classes.
Do I need student emails?
No. Use student names only. Pupils do not need email addresses or passwords.
What about absent pupils?
Connected tools can use today’s attendance, so absent pupils can be left out without deleting them.
How do I open the board?
Launch the Class Board. It opens in a new tab, so this help page stays open.
What screen works best?
Laptop, desktop, iPad or interactive whiteboard. Phones are okay for quick checks, but not ideal for projection.
Why use board tools instead of random websites?
They are made for classrooms: clearer screens, fewer distractions and no surprise adverts in front of pupils.
Why does it say “Saved locally”?
It means the setup is saved in this browser. Log in to connect supported work to your account.
How does Student Join work?
Some live tools show a QR code or short class code. Pupils scan or enter the code, choose their name, and send a response. No student email address is needed.

Which tools use live joining?
Live QR joining is for votes, quizzes, exit tickets, mood checks, ratings and short written responses.
Do pupils need logins?
